I'm glad you uploaded the video. It saves me the time of downloading and installing, then uninstallig the thing. I can only assume this thing is a huge resource hog. Hopefully someone will keep the old one working through the expansion because I have no interest in using this new one.

ckknight, is there anyway to have a button on the map so that we are able to configure QuestHelper like it was with the old Cartographer. That is the only thing i wish was different, besides that I think this is an awesome mod. Thanks for all the work.

At first I was not into it but after going back to the other version of cartographer. Version 3.0 is just better way more dynamic in a good way.

1) The one thing I do not every time you open the world map (m) it takes time to go to your position it would be nice if it would do it in the background. Every time you change location it changes to that map then when you first open the map it zooms to your location.

the new version is horrible. map is too small, you can't back out of it as easily as you could with the prior versions. the zoom function moves way too fast. im switching back to the older version.

I really like this Addon, but I dont like the POIs, they're ugly ;)

There's only one flaw I've found on this magnificent addon so far: It's useless for me while leveling since it doesn't seem to support LightHeaded nor map note/waypoint queue,

this + gatherer + bagnon with all 2 28slot herb bags i switch out of the bank when herbing + my season 4d out undead dem lock = epic win

Well first of all i would like to say you did very well on this map it has helped me lvl in countless way's , its even got me into dungeons, and re invited, how ever reading the posts people mentioned the old one had boss loot integrated into it? is it not compatible with the new patches? if so some one tell me what to download, and i don't have a problem loading im done in 2 secs , maby 3 with the mod lol so no problems there. awesome mod.

It installs in a new directory, so you have both Cartographer 2.x and 3.x at the same time.
You need to disable one or the other!!!!!!!!!
The new one is very cool, but the default opening size and location of the window is way too small for my screen --need to drag it bigger.
Way different operation than 2.x.......

great addon, just wish there were more addons like grathering profession icons again... well guess thats hard to implement :(

and it doesnt take forever to load for me, only about 10 secs after the loading screen
