What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. zoom out so that all available maps are showing, or enter an instance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Nothing, or the map of the zone where the instance is located

What version of the product are you using? latest v0.10.3

Do you have an error log of what happened? no errors are generated thru bugsack, howerver, in the frameXML.log I found:
