Skulls for world event not showing up #219

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Get Shadows of Doom quest from Argent Dawn
    2. Open World Map
    3. Find Skulls over zones that are currently being attacked

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    For every zone that is under attack, a purple skull appears.  This is shown when looking at the world map for each continent or at the full world map for the entire Classic world.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Cartographer 3.0 v0.10.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, no log
