"Tutorial" for those new to Cart3 #195

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    Cartographer 3 should have a "Tutorial" telling you how to use it (Differences from Cart2, also.), how to change the settings, and what all those icons mean.

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Also, make it assessable from the configuration menu.
