What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "M" to open Cartographer 3
2. Press the "C" at the bottom right of the window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd imagine that the Configuration window would open; however, I just get an error message.

What version of the product are you using?
v. 0.10
