Easter Plaguelands is not scaled/aligned correctly #177

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Travel to Eastern plaguelands, Light's Chapel
    2. Open the map, notice that you position on the map and the mini map does not match
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Properly aligned map

    What version of the product are you using?
    Cartographer3 v0.10

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No

    Please provide any additional information below.
    in 3.0.2 patch the easter plaguelands map has been adjusted to fit a crusader are east of Tyr's hand. Cartographer uses the old map size trying to fit a new image.

    Verified Version 3.0.11.1, also after fully exploring the area some of it still shows unexplored I'm guessing because of the map offset
