Config menu error / No waypoint arrow #173

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Installed wotlk patch
    2. Downloaded Cartographer3 and Questhelper 0.60
    3. Clicked on Open configuration menu for Cartographer3

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I don't get any menus, I get an error:

    Interface\AddOns\Cartographer3\Main.lua: 2286: attempt to call global 'Interface Options Frame_Open To Frame' (a nil value)

    What version of the product are you using?
    WoW 3.whatever (installed wotlk patch)
    Cartographer3
    Questhelper 0.60

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Don't know where I'd find an error log, just got the error script above each time I tried to open the Cart3 config menu.

    ALSO, can't get the big waypoint arrow to show up!!! I miss it.

    Please provide any additional information below.
