When I enable Cartographer 3 the game loads, but "my" character doesn't load on the screen or in the portrait frame for almost 2 full minutes. I thought this was a conflict with another Addon so I even went as far as starting completely fresh with an empty WTF folder and using only Cartographer 3 by itself and it still occurred.

All NPC's and other gamers load on the screen okay, it's just "my" character and my characters portrait. When I did load Cartographer 3 with my usual addons I had some quirks with the XPERL addon as well. It seems that Cartographer 3 interacted in some way that makes the "Happiness" notification always show on my pet frame. This is rather odd considering I'm a Warlock and pet "happiness" is not used for my class. Anyways, thanks again for all your contributions. If there is more information I can provide to you about my system, etc., please let me know I will be happy to oblige. Looking forward to this great addon.

I got this problem too. I just thought it was a wow bug. I get the problem on guild wars kinda more like 2 minutes to load everyone. But I get this problem them exactly like he said. Though my warlock pet doesn't load either.
