    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. unlock the waypoint arrow.
    2. move it to the bottom of the screen. (out of action's way)
    3. wait untill it is expended, and a new waypoint is started, that will appear right up annoyingly in the center

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    expected, arrow to stay put where you put it
    result, arrow always annoyingly reapears in the center of screen

    What version of the product are you using?
    cart 3

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    thats about it, i can only hope you can dupulcate it, lol.
