What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a note somewhere so that the "remove this note" pop up with hover over another zone.
2. Attempt to remove the note

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The note should be removed, instead all the notes flash away for a split second then come back. I think that the game is locking onto another zone before it attempts to remove the note, they forgets to remove it.
