    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Instead of using the text based description (Tank / DPS / Heal), you could use the with patch 3.3 new implemented role-icons.

    By a sidenote, this maybe would give enough space, to add a additional line, so you would be able to also save the secondary talent spec of a char.

    This is definitely something I want to do at some point, along with overhauling the sorting stuff in general :)

    Additionally, to save some more space, it might be worth to turn the currently spelled out class names into class icons (like those used at the right side of the event frame), too.
