What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Would be great to be able to single click an item from the list to take it.  For instance rt-click an item and it just takes it rather than having to check the item then click take selected.  If rt-click won't work then perhaps something like CTRL-Click.

You can take an item with Shift-Click, but if you want to take multiple items using this method, you have to pause a bit between items to allow BMI to update the item list. Otherwise, you could end up taking the wrong item.
