Pagination does not work #17

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Arrange a mailbox with over 50 pending mails (this was tested with a mailbox holding 1670+ mails).
    2. Open the mailbox.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected result: BMI displays the total number of mails pending and allows you to page through them.
    Actual result: BMI displays only one page of mail. There is no indication of how many additional mails are pending. Pagination buttons are disabled, as it appears that only one page is accessible.

    What version of the product are you using?
    4.0.5

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error messages were generated.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    This was tested both with BMI as the only addon loaded and with other addons. The results were identical. The attached screenshot shows the mailbox as it appears with no other addons.
