    Improved performance for taking lots of mails.
    * Optimized takeAll mail to use the method that takes all items from a mail instead of per item.
    * Optimized the loop to take items to use shorter delay between items if possible.
    * Throttle sorting and UI updates when taking mail, and when external actions happen (i.e take all mail in TSM or base mailbox ui).
    * Add caching for GetItemInfo to avoid calling it an unnecessarily large number of times.
