Partial revamp, useless master frame removed and instead anchoring each button to its precedent.
Improved position saving, no more re-anchoring randomly.

- Show in Battlegrounds toggle (off by default)
- Always show applied toggle to always show applied buff regardless of raid status (on by default)
- Config mode to show all applied/missing debuffs for moving (off by default)
