What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start a guild with the same name as one of the main factions (Stormwind, Darnassus, Ironforge...)
2. track guild
3. gain reputation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I recently join a guild on an RP Server which has the same name as one of the main Factions (in this case Darnassus), when trying to track the guild reputation, it's tracking the main faction instead.

What version of the product are you using?
3.2.6 release

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
Apparently the tracking goes just by the name in which case the main faction has a higher priority. I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to change this by somehow making sure the guild is seen as unique faction no matter what the name is.
