    Add smart tooltip positioning to prevent submenu overlap in LibDewdrop-3.0

    Tooltips on menu items now intelligently position themselves to avoid overlapping with submenus. For the old menu system, tooltips appear on the same side as the menu expansion direction. For MenuUtil (12.0.0+), tooltips position based on available screen space. Includes screen edge detection to prevent off-screen clipping.

    Fix in-combat issues from WoW 12.0.0 Secret Values

    Opening the portal menu while IN COMBAT caused a Lua error because cooldown APIs now return Secret Values during combat as an anti-bot security measure in WoW 12.0.0+.

    Out of combat, the addon worked perfectly - the original code was fine. This is why the bug may have gone unnoticed: most testing happens while standing in cities or safe areas, not mid-combat.

    Added issecretvalue() checks before all cooldown comparisons with a backwards-compatible guard for older WoW versions.

    Affected functions: ShowMenuEntries(), CheckForItem() (toybox/container), GetItemCooldowns(), GetScrollCooldown(), GetWhistleCooldown()
