What is the issue?

We're past the days where all, or even the vast majority of players are male.  Can we get rid of, or change wording for "Good boy. Once you provide some more income, daddy will give you something special!"  May not seem like a big deal to male players, but it's *extremely* annoying as a woman.

I thought the wording was directed as if to a pet. So many people say "Good boy!" for "Good puppy!" Oh well, PC reigns these days, as it still does on the other side of the globe.

Well, since I was looking for something functional, not sexist humour... Clearly I looked in the wrong place.

The humor is not sexist. When your neighbour says "Good boy" to his dog, do you consider that sexist?

The joke is that you're treated like being a pet of the guild master, gathering money on behalf of the GM.

Several people have reacted to it anyway - all probably americans; those people always get offended. I will change it to be boy/girl based on the characters gender. When the time is right.

Wow, some people will complain about every little thing lol. I went into the broker.lua and changed the boy texts to girl. Easy as pie! I also changed the daddy to mommy because I have a female GM. I wasn't offended in the least bit, it was more an aesthetics issue.

BTW, thank you so much for this addon Rabbit! So nice to be able to keep track of my contributions in such a simple way!! Keep up the good work!

BTW, I'm an American, and when I mentioned the "other side of the globe" I meant Communist China. The US these days is almost as PC as they are. Some schools here even have political officers, dressed up as public relations officials.
