What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check the 'Hide Garrison-Minimap Button' option.  The button disappears.
2. Click the broker text to bring up the garrison report.  The button reappears.
3. Sometimes the button disappears (time based?) but it will reappear when the garrison report is brought up again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'd expect the button to remain hidden even with the garrison report active.
