    - add "show only current realm" config option
    - don't show group header when buildings are hidden

    - record follower data for missions and take epic mount into account for mission times update tooltip on mouseover every second
    - Hide characters without missions / buildings, hide realms without (displayed) characters
    - fixed arrow color (green) on completed buildings
    - Mark missions complete on every MissionFinished/CompletedMission event (even when calculated remaining time is > 0)
