Going to try it this mormning with ONLY B_CW enabled (well Bazooka obviously)
People have reported the same issue with GYP - maybe the author of that mod has some ideas?
It happens in any mod that queries the social calls at any point. Broker_Altguild, Gnomish Yellow Pages and B_CW all draw on this at some point. He was able to reproduce the error and is working on his tracker to see if he can pin down exactly what piece of code is causing this annoying thing making all three mods unusable for some.
More news when Frank gets back from his work and testing. You might want to contact him and see if he has anything that could help irrdicate this yet - last post by him was the 5th.
*wanders back to testing, determined to crack it*
I recently installed Gnomish yellow Pages and was seeing the same thing with that enabled and B_CW disabled. I think it's time to re-examine this issue. I'll spend some time on it and see what i can find. The problem is that i am an addon junkie and have like 212 installed addons. (379 total folders!)[http://www.grraids.net/Docs/WoW_addon_list.htm for a full list inc. descriptions] So it may take me some time to search each one that accesses the 'who' API calls and find out what's happening. *wanders off in search of an API call reporter*

Probably not working because libwho is queing it and for some reason never doing the Q. What mods are you using? Any other chat type mods or mods that might have an outdated libwho? And I am sure you are using the newest version right? :P Have you turned on debug mod of channelwatch? That might give us more info.
