    - Try a different way of getting us as !BlizzSucks in the package without having the file end up as _BlizzSucks.zip
    - Apparently ! is special in YAML so fix the .pkgmeta.
    - Make the addon install as !BlizzSucks so to try and load before other addons.
    - Add fix for one letter time abbreviations in the German locale.
    - Rename addon to BlizzSucks.
    Since anything starting with Blizzard is renamed to *.old before loading game.
    - Initial Commit, includes workaround for menus behind the background bug.
