Bartender4
Bartender4 is a full ActionBar replacement mod. It provides you with all the features needed to fully customization most aspects of your action and related bars.
Bartender4 in Midnight: As of version 4.16.5, Midnight support is in preview - it'll be worked on until release, of course.
Major Changes since Dragonflight / 10.0
- Hold-to-cast is not currently available for addons
- Action Bars have been slightly re-arranged in Bartender4 for Dragonflight and beyond
- Bar 1-8 now reflect Blizzard Bars 1-8 (these are old 1, 3-6, and the 3 new bars)
- The old bars 7-10 are now called "Class Bar 1-4" (Shapeshifting, Stances, etc)
- The old bar 2 is now called Bonus Action Bar

FAQ
Q: I cannot move/drag my skills on my bars?
A: Hold Shift to move skills safely. You can also unlock your bars in the Bartender4 options, but using Shift is safer and recommended.
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.
Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons should automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars. For new keybindings, you can use KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!
Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.
Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

Posted Nov 2, 2016Mind Control isn't working properly for me. Not sure what I can do to fix it. When I mind control I'm not able to leave mind control. I try clicking it on the bar. I try the hotkey, nothing works to get me out of Mind Controlling.

Posted Nov 1, 2016Second vouch on the greyed out skills for disc priest. Not sure if its after mind control but it happens all the time in arena. Cant track CD's and hopefully pressing the correct spell to get it off.

Posted Oct 29, 2016Can you please add back the options for the Stance Bar button? It's been re-enabled for Shadow (Shadowform) and I can only move it from the Lock/Unlock all the bars button and if I go to the button options the only option is to Enable or Disable, I'd like to be able to resize it again. Thanks in advance :)

Posted Oct 28, 2016I see a bunch of users reporting issue with "Extra Action Button" not being able to be moved or not working as intended. The actual root cause of this is that Blizz introduced a new button (rather reused and renamed a button from Draenor) on top of that. You now have ExtraActionButton and ZoneAbilityFrame that sit right on top of each other. One is a button for questing (suramar disguise) and the other for class hall follow ability.
I have submitted code to the mod author to have this updated, but in the meantime- any brave souls who know what they are doing can access my proposed changes at https://www.wowace.com/addons/bartender4/tickets/1277-zone-ability-frame-enhancement/
Support is limited and the code change only supports English language, but if not having control of them buttons drives you crazy, this might work for you. :)

okay so i left the world quest area and thought i'd try unlocking buttons to see if i had some how magically fixed it. I didn't update or anything but i guess being OUT of the questing area where the button is required assured me access to moving that item. So i moved it.
So if you get stuck with the Extra Action Bar button... leave the area (where nothing would use the button) and then move it.
Having said that i hope this is only a temporary problem, because I like to have full control, in case something like this happens again. ;)

Posted Oct 28, 2016The Extra Action Bar button is actually two buttons, one for zone items and one from your class hall. They can overlap and cause issues.
I have submitted code to the author that would provide the ability to move both buttons. I hope they will add it to the mod.

Posted Oct 26, 2016I deleted the WTF, Interface and Cache folders. Reinstalled the addon and set everything up and the buttons gray out and stay grayed out as soon as I catch a flight. It is annoying enough that I am thinking of dumping the addon till it gets fixed. I cannot tell when abilities are off CD so I have to guess.

Posted Oct 27, 2016I also have this problem. Buttons are grayed out most of the time. Sometimes they show up then they disappear again. /reload ui doesn't help. Played a dungeon without buttons showing up was quite a challenge ;...
But great addon cannot play without it!!

Posted Oct 27, 2016I fixed it.. well its not fix fixed... but i left the area where the extra action bar came up and unlocked it and it let me move it. so go somewhere that doesn't need that button. should help.

Posted Oct 26, 2016The Extra Action Button is now Showing up. I have tried everything to get it to show. if I go to the move bar option it shows it there but it wil not open then I am in a place that requires the button. any help please.
