FAQ
Q: I cannot move/drag my skills on my bars?
A: Hold Shift to move skills safely. You can also unlock your bars in the Bartender4 options, but using Shift is safer and recommended.
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.
Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons should automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars. For new keybindings, you can use KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!
Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.
Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

This should now be fixed by having an entirely custom flyout independent of the Blizzard function.

Question : how can I swap action bars ? (through the 1-6)
Is it a feature missing from Bartender or bugged or how to do so ?

I cannot find a way to modify the bag window location, and with the recent "bugfix" described below, I've lost the ability to utilize my side bars when my bags are open. I often do this when managing auctions and crafting, among other reasons, and now I'm unable to do so. If there was a way to shift the anchor point of my bags, that would be one thing, but that's something that Blizzard did not include in their EditMode. For now, I'm using a previous version of Bartender which still lets the default UI "exist" and shift over my bags, but since I'm not looking for a bag replacement addon, nor am I interested in using the new all-in-one bag from Blizzard, I would like to see Bartender allow for moving the bags themselves, and not just the access buttons.
(Currently, MoveAnything has not been updated and with Bag Window being one of the modified components, the addon does not function to move it around.)
Up until the build at prepatch I was able to access my rogue warlock and hunter spells for summoning poisons, portals and pets with no problem from any of the action bars where they were placed I now have to abandon bartender and go to the wow interface for these characters because I can only access these buttons by opening up my spell book every time I need to refresh these actions is there anyway I can continue to use bartender and be able to access this from my current ui set up?
In reply to stellastar88:
I know it isn't ideal, but you can drag the spells from the flyout in the spellbook to your bars until this can be fixed. That's what I've been doing.
Hope that helps.
In reply to stellastar88:
If you mean the |FLYOUT] buttons, then same here

Something happened with the latest build (4.13.6) that I was able to "fix" by downgrading back to 4.13.5. Previously, when I started on an archaology dig site, the dig site status bar would appear correctly above my bars. In the latest release, though, it seems like the dig site bar's anchor is missing or something because it shows up behind my action bars. when I installed the previous version, it works again
Using classic preset
Text Style>Count>Font size
Cooldown font size doesn't change in any action bar
In reply to prevdog:
Cooldown font is not controlled by the action button itself, but the cooldown widget itself. If you use an addon for it, like eg. OmniCC, that can control the size. Without an addon, I'm not aware of away.
In reply to nevcairiel:
TY I didn't realize that
Not sure what happened with your last update, but my micro menu bar is completely broken. As in, it's utterly invisible despite NOT being set to hide or fade out under ANY circumstances.
I got an issue after the latest update regarding the frame strata of my action bars. The bars are now at a higher level which means that it gets ontop of other parts of the UI (also default Blizzard UI stuff). Fx the dialog popup in scenarios, world quests and so on shows up behind the bars. Is there any way to change the frame strata? If not, maybe it could be implemented in the future?
In reply to zenniik:
The strata was not changed in any recent updates.
For menu style buttons, like pet summons and/or pet taming the menu does not appear when the button is placed in action bars handled by Bartender.
Let me know if you need any further info.
