That error has nothing to do with Bartender4, as Bartender4 does not use the Blizzard dropdown menu system. The name "Bartender4" only appears on the error message in the file path to the AceEvent-3.0 library which is used by hundreds of addons.

Based on the error message, I would start by disabling WoWDBProfiler, as that is the only addon mentioned in the stack trace outside of a path to a library file.
