What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking anywhere in the center of the screen, within an approximate 1" high x 2" wide "invisible box" - mouse clicks won't register within this box.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to click anywhere in the visible screen and either rotate the view (left click), rotate the character (right click), or select a button, etc.  There is an invisible box of unclickable area in the center of my screen where it plain just doesn't register mouse clicks.

What version of the product are you using?
4.4.19

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log - nothing has crashed.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have confirmed that Bartender causes this issue by unloading all addons (problem goes away) and turning them back on one at a time.  Issue returned when I turned Bartender back on.  I then turned all addons off again and only turned on Bartender - issue remained.
I've also uninstalled Bartender and reinstalled it - same thing - issue remains.
It seems almost like there is an invisible dialog box open in the middle of the screen that prevents the usual mouse clicks from reaching the "playing field" and registering as a mouse click (for turning/selection purposes).
