What steps will reproduce the problem?

-Casting "Nature's Swiftness".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-What should happen is, that when I cast "Nature's Swiftness", the Hotkey on the Action Bar should "grey out/get dark" immediately as visual response for that I used it, but it doesn't.

-It eventually "greys out" after I targeted something-, or switched the target.

What version of the product are you using?

-I use the German Client of WoW. Maybe it's translation/client related?
A friend of mine who uses BT4 too and plays a Shaman - but uses the enGB client version - stated that he does not have this problem.

-The translation for "Nature's Swiftness" is "Schnelligkeit der Natur" if that's any help.

I am using the enGB client now and the problem persists.

Obviously that "error" occures without any addons installed. So I abandon this.
