What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Bartender 4 Post WoW Patch 4.0.1
2. Pressing Shift + 1, Shift + 2, Shift + 3, Shift + 4, Shift + 5, Shift + 6, Shift + Mouse Wheel Up, Shift + Mouse Wheel Down, Shift + Down Arrow, or Shift + Up Arrow
3. I've Checked my Key Binds for all of these keys, Even Re-set them manually via the WoW User Interface -> Key Binds
4. Disabling Bar Tender will allow these key commands to work normally.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Change my action bar from action bar #1 to action bar #2/3/4/5 or 6
Actually Happens: Nothing, it remains on Action Bar #1

What version of the product are you using?
The Latest Version 4.4.11 for WoW 4.0.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
It doesn`t crash so no.

Please provide any additional information below.
I think I`ve described everything that is happening.  Anywa I`ve switched to the inferior mod named CT_Core, CT_BottomBar and CT_Bar.  But I really like bartender and hopefully this issue can be resolved.

This functionality was just disabled by default.

You can turn it back on using the options. Bar 1 -> State Configuration -> ActionBar Paging
