Bartender has a powerful function to switch bar pages based on varying conditions. I would like to have a similar functionality to change the target, similar to `[@focus]` or `[@mouseover]` in a macro.

I investigated this myself a few months back, and found these conditions don't just work in the existing state driver but instead a different state driver needs to be set up, and I could not figure out which code I needed to duplicate to do that.

My usecase is a setup like this:
* Unmodified: bar 1

* When alt held: bar 1, @mouseover

* When shift held: bar 2

* When both alt and shift held: bar 3
