Keybindings not working on all bars #2431

    In addition to the issues with bars 9 and 10, I've notice that keybindings on some of the bars aren't working, but on other bars it's working just fine. When I set a keybinding on bars 3, 4, 5, and 6, it isn't working. However, keybindings on the other bars are working just fine. I'm not getting any error that I can see.

    I have the same issue on my main hc warrior with action bar 1, no other bars, and only on that character.
