Lighthook Grapple always shows as ExtraActionButton #2426

    I guess this started with Retail Patch 12.0.7 but the ExtraActionButton is always showing and it contains the LightHook Grapple.   The only way to get rid of it is to re-enable then disable the ExtraActionButton in the addon.   I have the button disabled by default.   

     

    Please help, it is annoying to have the button out in places like Silvermoon which it doesn't work and shouldn't be showing.
