Logged into an Evoker on 7/7/26 and noticed that when I pressed keybinds bound to bars 2 and 3, the action bound to bar 1 in the corresponding position would cast instead. Eg., the leftmost bind on bar 1 is bound to "1" and on bar 2 is bound to "shift-2". Pressing "shift-2" will instead cast what is bound to "1"

This prevents the actions on bars 2+ from being cast via keybind. Upon disabling bartender, the issue went away. With bartender enabled, reloading does not fix the issue. On 7/7, relogging fixed the issue for the remainder of the session. On 7/8, relogging did not fix the issue. On 7/7, the relog occurred in the open world, and on 7/8 it occurred in an instance (Temple of Sethraliss).
