Glowing icons after GCD #2404

    Not exactly sure when the issue started, probably since today or maximum 1-2 days ago. 

     

    The issue is that whenever I use a spell, after the global cooldown is done, a bunch of glowing icons show up for just about a second or so, see screenshot.

     

    I don't have any hidden/faded out action bars placed there, so no idea what the issue stems from exactly.

    I have the same issue but I have my bars hidden and there is the same exact glow if the GCD finishes

    Try and disable this if you have masque running.
