Summary: Bartender4 action bar changes reset BetterCooldownManager bar positions to bottom center of screen

Environment:

• Game: World of Warcraft
• Addon: BetterCooldownManager
• Conflicting Addon: Bartender4

Description: When abilities are moved or modified within Bartender4, BetterCooldownManager's custom bar positions are reset to the bottom center of the screen, placing them directly behind Bartender4's action bars and making them inaccessible/invisible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install and enable both Bartender4 and BetterCooldownManager
2. Configure BetterCooldownManager bars with custom axis/position settings
3. Move any ability on a Bartender4 action bar
4. Observe BetterCooldownManager bar positions

Expected Behavior: BetterCooldownManager bars should retain their configured axis/position settings regardless of any changes made within Bartender4.

Actual Behavior: BetterCooldownManager bars are repositioned to the bottom center of the screen after moving an ability in Bartender4, overlapping with Bartender4's action bars and becoming hidden behind them.

Workaround: Manually reposition BetterCooldownManager bars after each Bartender4 change. (Not a viable long-term solution.)

Additional Notes:

• Issue appears to be triggered specifically by Bartender4 firing an event or reanchoring frames when abilities are moved, which BCM may be listening to and incorrectly using as a reset trigger
• BCM bars are only affected when Bartender4 is active — behavior does not occur with default Blizzard action bars
