Option key press instead of release bugs moving abilities. #2361

    When that option is enabled, and you try to move abilities from the action bars, you will actually initiate the ability and it goes to cooldown...in the past a "Shift-click" to move abilities was something to use just to not use the ability, I tried shift-click or ctrl-click, they still initiate the ability.
