WowAce

i started a new character and when organizing my bars i closed the bartender menu to add spells to the bars not realizing i was missing one of the bars i normally use but the menu bubble has disappeared and i cant figure out how to get it back. this is only a problem on this specific character it still lets me edit my bars on all other characters. I have tried reloading the game, removing the addon and fully reinstalling the addon but cant figure out how to fix it
