The extra action bar for MoP classic is broken. During any quests, encounters, dungeons, etc. where you would normally be prompted to use an ability on the Extra action bar, nothing is popping up, although when I go to edit my bars positions, I see clearly where it should be popping up. Speaking of editing the bar positions, when you try to edit where the Extra action bar's position is, the bar instead disappears, and once that happens I can't close out the bartender4 window without having to reload my UI.
