What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Appears to happen randomly, I have had two "alts" that have occured with this error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Spells do not cast from actionbar but instead result in the error quoted
What version of the product are you using?
latest I believe but as I am not at the addon screen and there's no "about" in game I can only assume at the moment
Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
I successfully resolved this on two occassions by copying a "working" charachters folder in "WTF/'Char'/'Realm'" to the affected Alt
Clearing any mention of the affected Alt in the SV file does not appear to effect the error..
I am not certain this is a bug with BT but as it occurs using those action bars I thought it best to start here

I don't think BT4 can cause this, must be some other addon doing something bad.
