Micro Menu Bar incorrectly scaled in 10.1.5 #2164

    As per the image below, the micro menu bar seems to not be correctly correlating with the green outline when unlocked. Also, when selecting Fade Out and 0% fade out alpha, when mousing over the micro menu bar so it becomes visible and then moving the mouse over the individual icons, the bar will fade out to with just the tooltip visible.
