This may be on Blizzards side but here are the issues:

Upon logging in, totem bar always either has only either 0, 1, 2, or 3 totem slots showing, never all 4. A quick reload fixes the issue for the rest of your play session with WoW open

Another potential issue, again, could be on Blizzards side, is the totem bar downranking totems. I just found out I was using low rank totems from a player with a weakaura to detect it. Now, this could definitely be my fault as I hadn't clicked on or changed those spells in a little while on my totem bar. (Since learning them at 80) thank you for reading!
