Right Click Self Cast doesn't seem to work #1793

    I've never gotten this to work properly. I have the option enabled in the settings. If I have, lets say a friendly player targeted, if I right click on a buff spell on my bars, it buffs my target instead of me. Am I missing something obvious here? I have the self cast modifier option turned off and set to NONE.
