I deleted bartender4 and many other addons today bc they were all said to maybe corrupted and my wow has been crashing.
After redownloading it I now have an old blizzard action bar stuck dead set in the middle bottom of my screen. The moves are clickable. I cant get ride of it thru bartenders remove blizzard art or Interface/action bars. If i put bars overtop it with Bartender it is in the cracks and those can be clicked.
Any idea how to fix this? 

I would love to show a picture explaining this better but I cant seem to figure it out with this comment type?.
