Action Bars Tied Together #1728

    I am using Bartender4 on WoW Classic.  I am on the Myzreal server.  My toon is a Warrior.

     

    I have Action Bar 1 and Action Bar 7 on the screen at the same time. 

     

    I attempt to remove an action from Action Bar 1, the same action is removed from Action Bar 7. 

     

    The action is not only removed from Action Bar 1, but also removed from Action Bar 7. 

     

    Is this by design?  Or an issue?

    Same issue on Tichondrius with a Druid in modern WoW (Shadowlands)
