Currently whenever certain items are used up, it will still show as 1 remaining. Has done this with mostly consumables. Such as food/water, Warlock healthstones, and the Kyrian stewards potions (Phial of Serenity.)

Side note: Really messes you up when you think you have a potion on standby in PvP but then you realize it's the recurring bug and knowing after it's too late you should have called in your steward for more potions.
