Action Bar 6 not moveable #1708

    Few months ago, I was able to move all my action bars. Suddenly, on one of my toons it wasn't possible to move action bar 6 - whenever I tried to move it it jumped right back to the previous position. Now this happens on all my Chars at the exact position. I also opened a new default profile and resetted it - still the same problem. Bar 6 is not moveable.
