[Classic] Right ActionBars, tooltip window, and right info panes overlapping #1662

    It seems the recent update has messed with how the right action bars function with bartender bars. The tooltip now overlaps as well as the quest text/right side info panes and enabling show right actionbar/actionbar 2 does not fix this issue.

    Bartender bars should be fully self-contained and independent of the default UI, so I'm not sure what right action bars you speak of. You can position them anywhere you want.
