Switch action bars on key release #1640

    Sorry if this has been answered already but is it possible to switch between action bars by pressing shift/ctrl/alt and pressing again to switch back?
    From what I can tell you can do this by holding the key in, but due to nerve damage in my hand I can't hold keys in for long - only a quick press is possible.
    For example: Press shift once to switch from bar 1 -2 and press it again to switch back.
