Quick update on what I attempted:

Mouse-over casting from a hotkey bound on Bar 6 (I've tried other bars as well):

1. Selected Bar 6, State Configuration tab.  Clicked Enable.
2. Checked "Mouse-Over Casting.
3. Selected "Bars" on the far left.  Ensured "Mouse-Over Casting Modifier" is set to "None."
4. Attempted throwing out Remove Curse on others and could only do it to myself unless I targeted them.

If I use a mouse-over macro and a bound BT bar, it works fine.  So it's the functionality of the Mouse-Over Casting options within BT.

Seems to be working fine here.

I found the issue. I know, old topic. But for some reason "Enabled" at the very top needs to be checked.
