I found a conflict.

I'm not sure which stance has to be check boxed, but on a druid character, under a bar's options in bartender, under Visibility, if certain "not visible" in a stance boxes are checked, that whole bar is invisible and cannot be modified or anything on other characters using the same account. When I uncheck them, the bar is visible again to other characters.

I haven't spent any time trying to see if it is only a certain druid stance check box that makes the bar disappear and inaccessible to other characters, so I don't know the exact correlation between these. I am also not sure if it is limited to characters who share the same bartender profile or not.

The class-specific config is also save in a class-specific manner, so what you describe is not something I've ever seen before.
