I don't really know how to explain this (bar snapping is off) but once in a while I will go to drag and drop a bar and it will snap a few inches to the right. It's not the bar snapping feature, but what I basically have to do is drop the bar a few inches left of where I want it and hope that it will snap into the correct position. I also noticed when this happens, the buttons do not enlarge pursuant to my settings which usually does happen whenever I move a bar and it still happens to be undersized.

Logging out hasn't helped, nor has reloading, or anchoring. It seems like a bug as it doesn't happen all the time, but has been happening on each character lately and it's super annoying to try to line up bars when they keep snapping far out of place.
